"Mandalore the Infernal was an unlikely contender to the title. He had been raised as a nobleman on a rich planet. His father had been a prominent member of the senate, suppressing any element of his Mandalorian origins to keep himself in favour. The Infernal, whose real name no one save for him knows, did not even know who the Mandalorians were until he was fourteen. By that time, he was on track to take up politics like his father, and he would have been an instrumental senator in the Galactic Empire. Little did anyone know, however, that the Infernal was a very well-hidden but nonetheless extremely violent psychopath.

A birth defect in the Infernal's brain had removed almost all sense of empathy from him, and he greatly enjoyed the suffering of others. As a child, he had captured small animals and tortured them for hours on end, taking delight in their helpless yelps. His lack of empathy was not only for animals; he was infamously known to have never so much as held his mother's hand, and any attempts by women to court him were met with cold denial. Many assumed it was him focusing on politics, and in a way, they were correct - the Infernal planned, from the age of thirteen, to take control of his homeworld and enslave all of those upon it for his own violent pleasures. He envisioned entire cities of coliseums, devoted to the blood sport he so enjoyed. At seventeen, he murdered his father, and placed the blame on his mother; she was executed. He then took charge, with the intent of slowly reforming the society under the noses of the common person to his liking. However, as he was leaving a public meeting, a handful of reporters insulted him, saying that he was not as competent as his father. He brutally killed three of their group with tooth and nail, with the remaining two permanently disabled and scarred. After that, his psychopathy came into the public view, as searches of his private residence found the grisly remains of animals and other inhabitants of the planet.

With these scandals, the Infernal was sentenced to a penal colony for the rest of his life - he had only been spared execution because of his lingering influence on the planet's society. He was shipped off on a prison transport - when the prisoners were to be unloaded, the guards found all of them but him had been killed. As they approached the Infernal, he slashed both of their necks with a razor he had smuggled aboard, and captured the ship, piloting it back to his homeworld. Under the cover of night, he stormed his father's residence and found his old Mandalorian armour. Knowing he could never return as who he once was, he heated the armour until it was burning hot and placed it upon himself, fusing the armour to his face and body. The pain he felt was offset by his sheer hatred for all things - a boundless misanthropy he now sought to inflict upon all sentient life. Alone, he knew he could achieve little - and so, when Mandalore the Crusader called for all Mandalorians to join his crusade, he obliged. He intended to murder the Crusader and claim ownership of the crusade, thus leading a galaxy-wide purge of all life under the illusion that only Mandalorians deserved to live; he would then kill them as well, and leave the galaxy cold and empty. When the Hyperspace Malfunction occurred, he saw his opportunity to seize power and convinced Sabin Clan to join him, as they too shared a cold dislike of life. The Infernal poses the most significant threat to the cause of the Crusader's allies and to Nidas Fett of any Mandalorian, and should he return to the wider galaxy with a sizeable force, he would likely spell doom for billions of lives..."
