"Adrick Kulkar was born around seventeen years before the declaration of Order 66, to a fairly poor and savage family on a very poor colony world, constantly beset upon by native animal species. The first six years of his life were miserable, his parents making little effort to feed him, clothe him, or care for him as was expected. Harsh winters and drought-filled summers meant each year was effectively a raffle as to who in his friendship group died next. On his sixth birthday, his parents abandoned Adrick to the wilderness, and he was presumed dead. However, he was tougher than his parents thought, and he survived by killing a member of a pack of local creatures. He took his victim's place in the pack's hiearchy, and learned the ways of hunting along with them. He grew to be extremely agile and vicious, leaping upon prey and tearing them apart with his teeth and nails. In this climate, Adrick learned a valuable lesson - only the strongest on a world like this survive, and so he slowly worked his way up, killing more prominent pack members and taking their place until he eventually killed the pack leader itself. The rest of the pack fell in line, and he spent time, from the ages of ten until eighteen, honing his abilities and command of his pack. He learned, in this time, that they were partially sentient and could understand his spoken commands. Eventually, Adrick felt as if he had trained himself and his "clan" enough to go back to his place of birth, and challenge his parents. When he arrived, he found the entire village had mobilised against him; the walls were lined with guards, some of whom had blasters, some of whom had spears. Behind that stood ten of the strongest men in the village, protecting his parents - who had risen to the ranks of village leader and deputy - and barring his way. Angered by their refusal to let him in, Adrick let out a mighty howl which had other packs of these creatures arrive and circle the village. He then commenced his attack, and they tore into the village, massacring everyone inside. Adrick personally sought out his parents and commanded them to explain themselves. His father said that they could never care for Adrick in this environment, and he would have likely died of starvation eventually if they hadn't tried to mercy-kill him. His mother then flung a knife at him, which jammed in his shoulder. He ripped it out and slit his father's neck, and then stabbed his mother repeatedly in the chest. With his parents dead, he dismissed the packs he had gathered back into the wild, and took his father's incredibly ornate armour. He chipped off all of the decorations and proceeded to paint the armour jet black. Then, he carved symbols of bones onto the armour, and, determined to never forget what put him in the position he was in, he removed his father's jawbone, attaching it to the helmet; he then removed his father's and mother's skulls, and welded them to the shoulders of the armour. Finally, he removed his mother's spine and fixed it to his back plating. His business here wrapped up, he took an old and barely-functioning starfighter - the only vessel the colony had had - and flew to the nearest hub world, where he sought out a mercenary company he could join. The one he joined was desperate for members, having bought a corvette with the intention of starting a clan, and now needing members (under the guise of recruiting for a mercenary guild) to help pay back the huge debt that had been incurred purchasing the corvette. No-one else was willing to take a mercenary they had never heard of, Mandalorian or not, and so Adrick joined the company. They performed a handful of feats - such as releasing all of the slaves on Nyin'tao VI from a local Hutt Crime Lord - but were otherwise unremarkable, earning enough for provisions and the paying back of debts and little else. When Mandalore the Crusader sent out his call to the wider galaxy, the company joined him, its leaders believing this could be their chance to recruit and gain prominence. Adrick just came along because he had nowhere else to go. He was mostly quiet by himself, guarding their starfighter whilst the company leaders socialised. When the Hyperspace Malfunction occurred, the company's corvette was destroyed, and the company leaders were crushed by falling cargo in the hangar bay. Adrick's starfighter was irreparably damaged, but in the chaos in the hangar, he saw two Mandalorians boarding a vessel. He stowed aboard, intending to take over the ship; however, when he was discovered and learned what had actually happened, he decided to negotiate with the two other crew members - Thasaj Syr, and Brox Arrun - to help them survive in this hostile environment as part of a team. They agreed, and the three joined forces. Adrick now stands with them, although it is likely only a matter of time before he finds a new path he wishes to tread..."
