Project Management – Raising the Bar: Redux
[Context: Raising the Bar: Redux (RTBR) is an award-winning project I created in 2018 and operate as Project Manager and Lead Developer, as well as other contributions in almost every department. The team is currently comprised of over 40 individuals, ranging from talented amateurs to professionals with decades of industry experience. All public release material – articles, social media, and more – is primarily written, directed, and put together by me. At the time of writing we have won three awards, have over 280,000 hits on our main website, and over 14,000 downloads.]
